Green Hubbard
This variety is an open pollinated hubbard squash, popular in South African agriculture and home gardens! Characterised by its bumpy, deep green skin, this squash often features a slightly tapered shape and can grow to a considerable size. Mature fruits keep well, but a portion of the main stem should remain attached.
