This small squash is as charming as it is delicious, with it’s hard, cream-coloured, and mottled green skin. This round, ridged squash is about the size of a medium grapefruit. Once harvested, store Sweet Dumpling squash in a cool, dark place, and it will keep for 3 to 4 months.
