Wild Rocket

Wild rocket has elongated, lobed leaves that resemble oak leaves but are typically more serrated or spiky than standard rocket. The leaves have a vibrant green colour. Wild rocket offers a bold, spicy, and peppery flavour compared to standard rocket, providing a more intense taste sensation. Leaves can be harvested as needed by trimming outer leaves while allowing the plant to continue growing.
