Lavender

English lavender is a perennial herb with narrow, aromatic gray-green leaves and spikes of small, fragrant purple-blue flowers. It’s known for its compact and bushy growth habit. It typically grows to a height of about 30 – 90 cm feet, depending on the variety and growing conditions. English lavender thrives in well-drained, slightly alkaline soil and requires plenty of sunlight. It’s drought-tolerant once established. Flowers are typically harvested when they’re in full bloom to preserve their fragrance and can be dried for culinary or aromatic purposes.
